Once you are ready to switch to the new system there are several steps you will have to take
Schedule training in Simplified Practice. You will have several training sessions and a sandbox to practice in.
Schedule End Date (Has to be on a Friday). This will be the last day you will use the system. Any use after this date will result it data discrepancies.
Migration. Over the weekend following the End Date, our team will work on migrating your data.
1 month revision. During this month our team will guide you and make sure that all data that was transferred was transferred correctly.
